Cabbage Omelette with Pepperoni and Mozzarella

Ingredients:

  • 300g cabbage
  • Hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g mozzarella
  • tomato sauce to taste
  • pepperoni to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into thin slices, then transfer to a bowl, add hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a container add the eggs, cream, salt and beat well until smooth.

In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the cabbage, then the egg mixture, spread, leaving the recipe uniform in the pan.
Add the mozzarella, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this time, turn the recipe over with the help of a plate, add the tomato sauce, spread well, then add more mozzarella, slices of pepperoni, then cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
