Ingredients:
- 500g of meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- maize starch
- breadcrumbs
Way of doing:
Place the meat in a container, then add the eggs, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, mayonnaise, mustard and mix everything very well.
Coat the fillets in cornstarch, then in breadcrumbs.
Add the fillets to a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides until golden.
