Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon shoyu sauce
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- oil
Way of doing:
Cut the chicken breast into strips, then place it in a container, add the egg, paprika, cumin, dried parsley, salt, garlic, ginger and mix everything very well.
Add the soy sauce and mix again.
Add the wheat flour, cornstarch and mix well.
In a pan add oil, when it is hot add the chicken and let it fry on both sides.
